It will help employers assess those vital qualities of the candidates that cannot be considered through the traditional paper resume, making the hiring process effective and convenient.

About James Bozor

I’m a results-driven, highly motivated, versatile, and seasoned entrepreneur with experience driving growth and delivering business results in multiple sectors and industries. By working closely with numerous companies and being a company owner myself, I identified a need in the market for a new way of recruiting staff that aligns with current trends and needs. Therefore, I started developing Vidsume, an app to revolutionize the HR industry, through video resumes that help make the hiring process smoother. My background education includes a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Berkeley College, a Master’s in Human Resource Training and Development from Seton Hall University, and a Doctorate Candidate in Business Administration with a focus in marketing at Northcentral University.
